Job summary

Kairos Recruitment is seeking an Installation Administrator for a Bristol-based client in the large format graphics sector. You will support planning and administration of installation projects, ensuring safety, efficiency and on-schedule delivery.

A proactive, detail-focused organizer with RAMS experience and health and safety documentation familiarity will thrive. You'll coordinate schedules, liaise with project managers, subcontractors and suppliers, manage RAMS issuance, track records, raise

Qualifications

Experience in an administrative or coordination role within construction/installation.
Experience preparing and issuing RAMS with knowledge of UK health and safety requirements.
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
Highly organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Preparing and issuing RAMS.
Reviewing subcontractor health and safety documentation.
Maintaining training records, certificates and compliance documentation.
Coordinating installation schedules and preparing relevant documentation.
Liaising with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Arranging hire of access equipment and other installation requirements.
Raising and managing purchase orders and associated costs.
Supporting the Installation Manager with the smooth and safe delivery of projects.
Maintaining accurate records ensuring they are complete and up to date.
