Job summary

Kairos Recruitment is sourcing an Installation Administrator for a Bristol-based client in the large format graphics sector. The role supports planning and administration of installation projects, ensuring safety, efficiency and on-schedule delivery.

Candidates should have construction or installation admin experience, RAMS knowledge, and strong English with excellent attention to detail. The role is full-time, on-site in Bristol, with salary around £30k DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and issuing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
• Good knowledge of UK health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RAMS for installation projects.
• Review subcontractor health and safety documentation.
• Maintain training records, certificates and compliance docs.
• Coordinate installation schedules and prepare documentation.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Arrange hire of access equipment and other installation needs.
• Raise and manage purchase orders and related costs.
• Support the Installation Manager to ensure safe, on-time delivery.
