Job summary

Blok N Mesh is seeking an Installation Co-Ordinator to join our team in Knowsley, Liverpool, on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves supporting the installation team with booking on-site works, coordinating with field teams and sub-contractors to ensure timely execution, and performing general administrative duties.

The position offers 8:00 am–5:00 pm hours, a salary of £29,000 per annum, and benefits including a company pension and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Essential: Excellent telephone manners.
• Essential: Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Essential: Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Essential: Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Desirable: Experience in construction, engineering, property or related industries.
• Desirable: IOSH Managing Safely certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all works with Contracts Manager to ensure timely completion.
• Arrange plant and material deliveries.
• Select in-house and subcontract labour for works.
• Liaise with transport, compliance, sales and admin teams.
• Book works with sites and act as main contact during projects.
• Collate and submit all relevant information on time.
• Carry out general administrative duties.
