Job summary

GAP Group Limited is looking for an Installation Coordinator in Plymouth to provide prompt and efficient service to customers. You will work with the installation manager and teams to deliver bespoke solutions, raise contracts, prepare quotes, source equipment, arrange transport and handle invoicing.

The role requires strong customer service, communication and IT skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to take initiative in a team setting.

Qualifications

Experience in a high-volume role within the hire industry.
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient IT skills with Outlook and Excel.
Strong team player who can work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

Raise contracts, prepare quotes, source equipment, arrange transport and invoice.
Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with installation manager and teams to deliver bespoke solutions.
Provide a prompt and efficient service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
