Job summary

Blok N Mesh is seeking an Installation Co-Ordinator for a maternity-cover, 18-month fixed-term role at our Knowsley site in Liverpool. The successful candidate will coordinate site works, liaise with field teams and subcontractors, and manage timely deliveries and documentation.

The role includes general administrative duties, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and a focus on delivering quality service to our construction and site teams.

• Desirable experience in construction, engineering, property or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist Contracts Manager in coordinating all works to ensure successful completion.
• Arrange plant and material deliveries.
• Select in-house and subcontract labour to perform works.
• Liaise with transport, compliance, sales and admin departments.
• Book works with sites and act as point of contact for the duration of works.
• Ensure all relevant information is collated and submitted on time.
• Carry out general administrative duties
