Job summary

Blok N Mesh in Knowsley, Liverpool, is seeking an Installation Co-Ordinator for an 18-month fixed-term maternity cover on a full-time basis. The role focuses on coordinating on-site works, liaising with field teams and sub-contractors and handling administrative duties to ensure orders are completed on time.

Salary is £29,000 per annum. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Benefits include 32 days holiday, free parking, on-site parking and a company pension scheme.

Qualifications

Excellent telephone manners required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Good problem-solving skills and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

Assist the Contracts Manager in coordinating all works to ensure successful completion.
Arrange plant and material deliveries.
Select in-house and subcontract labour to perform works.
Liaise with other departments including transport, compliance, sales and admin.
Book works in with sites and act as a point of contact for the duration of works.
Ensure all relevant information is collated and submitted on time.
Carry out general administrative duties.
