Norwich Road Academy is seeking a Year 1 Teacher to inspire pupils, foster an inclusive classroom and help every child flourish. You will work with colleagues, families, and the wider Trust to shape positive outcomes for all learners through engaging lessons and supportive relationships.

The role emphasizes strong classroom practice, safeguarding awareness, and effective communication with students and their parents or carers, ensuring a nurturing environment for young learners.

Qualificações

• A degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent) and QTS.
• Awareness of strategies to improve learning and achievement of all students.
• Strong classroom experience with an enthusiastic and engaging approach.
• Able to relate to students in a pleasant and sympathetic manner and recognise safeguarding issues.
• Confident user of standard IT packages used to enhance learning.
• Able to communicate with students and their parents/carers both verbally and in writing.
