Job summary

Juniper Training, based in Telford, is seeking a Vocational Tutor for Customer Service on a part-time basis (18.75 hours per week). You will plan and deliver engaging sessions, assess learner work, and help students achieve SMART goals while maintaining accurate records.

If you hold a recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent) and have strong communication and IT skills, you could join our team. Prior customer service tutoring is a bonus.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent).
• A passion for helping people succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence with IT for record-keeping and lesson planning.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked as a Customer Service Tutor before.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Dynamic Training – plan and deliver engaging sessions.
• Assess & Feedback – mark learner work and provide SMART goals.
• Develop the Curriculum – keep programs relevant and up-to-date.
• Support & Mentor – guide learners to overcome barriers.
• Keep Records Up to Date – maintain learner progress and attendance.
• Work as a Team – collaborate with colleagues, employers and stakeholders.
• Stay Ahead of the Game – pursue ongoing professional development.
