Juniper Training Ltd in Telford is seeking a Vocational/Employability Tutor to deliver engaging sessions, assess learners, and develop industry-relevant curricula. You will support learners to build confidence, track progress, and promote ongoing development.

The role requires a recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent), strong communication, and IT skills to record-keeping and planning. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Telford centre.

Qualifications

• PTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Passion for helping people succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence with IT for record-keeping and lesson planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic training sessions that are engaging and interactive.
• Assess learner work, provide constructive feedback and set SMART goals.
• Develop curricula to keep programs current and industry-relevant.
• Support and mentor learners to overcome barriers and achieve goals.
• Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance and assessments.
