Job summary

Juniper Training Limited in Telford is seeking a Part-time Vocational Tutor for Customer Service (18.75 hours per week). You’ll deliver engaging training, assess learners, and help them build real-world skills through an industry-relevant curriculum.

A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent) and strong communication are essential. IT proficiency for record-keeping is important, and prior Customer Service tutoring is a bonus.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent).
• A passion for helping people succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence with IT for record-keeping and lesson planning.
• Bonus points if you've worked as a Customer Service Tutor before.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Dynamic Training - Plan and deliver fun, interactive sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
• Assess & Feedback - Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
• Develop the Curriculum - Keep our programs fresh and industry-relevant, ensuring learners get real-world skills.
• Support & Mentor - Be a role model, helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
• Keep Records Up to Date - Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments.
