Job summary

RNN Group in Worksop is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support learners, including those with SEND, across multiple curriculum areas. You will help deliver ILPs and EHCP targets, foster independence, and support teachers to create engaging learning experiences in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, digital literacy, and collaboration across campuses, with opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching and Learning qualification or willingness to work towards it.
• Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualifications (GCSE C/4 or above).
• Up-to-date Safeguarding, Prevent, and Diversity & Inclusion.
• Current First Aid certificate (or willingness to work towards).
• Commitment to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist learners across curriculum areas, ensuring safety, inclusion, participation and well-being.
• Help create and implement ILPs and EHCP targets tailored to individual needs.
