Stamford Welland Academy is seeking a Level 1 Teaching Assistant to support learners across our classrooms and help students realise their potential.

You will work under the direction of the SENDCO to enable access to learning and assist the Class Teacher in managing students and the classroom during term time (39 weeks per year).

We are a welcoming school within Meridian Trust, offering a supportive team and opportunities for professional development in a caring community.

Competenze

• GCSE English Language or equivalent required.
• Understanding how children learn and develop.
