Job summary

Inspire Education Trust is hiring a Senior Cover Supervisor for Walsgrave Church of England Academy in Coventry. The role is temporary, term-time only, 30 hours per week, with a pro rata salary of £20,100 per annum.

The school seeks an enthusiastic, capable team player with strong classroom management and safeguarding commitment. The successful candidate will promote positive values, support primary pupils, and participate in safeguarding training while contributing to a safe, inclusive learning

Qualifications

• Experience working with and supporting primary-aged pupils.
• Enthusiastic, inspiring, with excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to promote positive values and attitudes in the classroom.
• Commitment to safeguarding and protecting children.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment and safeguarding for children.
• Provide effective supervision in classrooms and support pupils.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Attend safeguarding training and comply with KCSIE and local policies.
