Job summary

Co-op Academy Southfield in Bradford is seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to create inclusive learning experiences that support students with a wide range of needs. Fluency in English to the level defined in the Job Description is required due to the school setting.

The successful candidate will plan, implement and deliver differentiated curricula, working with on-site professionals to support pupils with complex educational and medical needs.

Qualifications

• Plan, implement and deliver a differentiated curriculum for all students.
• Demonstrate successful teaching experience with pupils with a wide range of SEN.
• Experience planning a differentiated curriculum and willingness to train in communication approaches to curriculum access.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and deliver an appropriate and differentiated curriculum for all students and support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
• Be able to demonstrate a successful teaching experience with pupils with a wide range of SEN.
• Demonstrate experience of planning and presenting a differentiated curriculum and have experience of and a willingness to train in communication approaches to curriculum access.
