Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with SEND.
• Understanding of autism and associated needs.

• Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured one-to-one and small-group support.
• Help create a safe and positive learning atmosphere.
• Foster confidence, communication and independence.
• Assist with educational activities and interventions.
