Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience teaching pupils with SEN including SEMH preferred.
• Ability to adapt lessons to meet individual needs and learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching to pupils with SEN and KS3.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to maximise pupil development.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment.
• Support pupils with SEMH and complex needs, including those with autism and MLD.
