Qualifikationen

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND, in mainstream or specialist settings.
• Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and adaptive learning.
• Compassionate, resilient, child-centred approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language needs, and complex learning difficulties.
• Create a structured, nurturing and engaging learning environment.
• Set and review EHCP targets, tracking progress and celebrating achievements.
• Work collaboratively with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
• Promote communication, independence and positive social development.
