Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent is required.
• Experience with SEN, SEMH and complex learning needs is highly valued.
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons for pupils across a wide range of abilities.
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across KS1-KS5.
• Adapt teaching to meet diverse SEN/SEMH needs and additional learning difficulties.
• Develop and implement personalised learning plans and EHCP targets.
• Establish routines to promote positive behaviour and effective learning.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, therapists, parents, carers and senior leaders to support pupils.
• Promote emotional regulation, independence and life skills.
