Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with children with special educational needs.
• Experience delivering targeted intervention programmes in Maths and Literature.
• Strong teamwork and independent initiative.
• Awareness of child protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Work under the instruction of the SENDCo and teaching staff to support learning.
• Provide 1-1 support for pupils with additional needs across the school, focusing on SEMH.
• Undertake specified work with pupils and encourage participation in social and academic activities.
