Job summary

Teaching Personnel is actively seeking qualified Secondary Supply Teachers to cover lessons in Doncaster and surrounding areas. You will deliver engaging KS3/KS4 lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum, creating a positive learning environment and supporting pupil progress.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant subject degree with QTS preferred, and bring proven classroom management and strong communication skills across various schools.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject is essential.
• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
• Experience teaching KS3/KS4 in secondary schools.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Passion for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Adaptable, reliable and confident across different school settings.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3/KS4 in line with the UK National Curriculum.
• Inspire students to develop knowledge, confidence and critical thinking.
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress where required.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, support staff and the wider school community.
• Follow safeguarding and school procedures.
