Wayman Education is seeking an enthusiastic Religious Education/Religious Studies teacher to join a collaborative secondary school in Rugby. You will teach RE/RS across KS3 and KS4, covering beliefs, ethics and philosophical questions to foster thoughtful discussion.

The successful candidate will hold QTS or an equivalent qualification and demonstrate strong RE/RS knowledge, effective behaviour management and commitment to inclusion. Salary is MPS/UPS, dependent on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong RE/RS subject knowledge.
• Capable of facilitating balanced classroom discussions.
• Demonstrates effective behaviour management.

Aufgaben

• Teach RE/RS across KS3 and KS4.
• Cover religious beliefs, ethical issues and philosophical questions.
• Develop pupils' evaluation, reasoning and written communication.
• Prepare GCSE pupils for assessments when required.
• Assess progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development.
