Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inspiring Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 where appropriate.
• Teach across Biology, Chemistry and Physics, developing knowledge, understanding and practical skills.
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that challenge, motivate and support students of all abilities.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum and wider departmental activities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Inspire curiosity, critical thinking and a genuine enthusiasm for Science.
