Job summary

Protocol Education in Bradford is seeking a qualified Science Teacher to cover KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 for the right candidate. You will deliver engaging lessons, assess progress and contribute to the department while safeguarding pupils.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is required.
• Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting is essential.
• Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics.
• Excellent classroom management skills are needed.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of pupils.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Assess, monitor and support student progress to achieve excellent outcomes.
• Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
• Support students of all abilities to develop confidence and passion for science.
