Lift Sir Herbert Leon, part of Lift Schools, is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3–4 with opportunities for KS5. The role supports a collaborative, ambitious team committed to high-quality education and motivating learners to achieve their potential.

The post is full-time and fixed-term until 31 August 2027, commencing January 2027. Experience in teaching Science and a strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry and Physics are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or is working towards achieving it.
• Has a relevant degree and strong subject knowledge in Science.
• Is passionate about teaching and committed to helping every student succeed.
• Can deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach KS5.
• Teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics, developing students' knowledge and practical skills.
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that challenge and support all abilities.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
