Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a Primary Teacher to deliver inspiring lessons across EYFS to KS2 within partner schools in London and surrounding areas. You will differentiate tasks, support learning, and maintain a positive classroom culture in collaboration with teaching assistants and senior staff.

The role offers flexible contracts (full-time / part-time / supply) and competitive weekly pay. DBS checks and safeguarding duties are integral to the position.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognized UK equivalent (ECTs / Early Career Teachers are welcome)
• Strong, up-to-date working knowledge of the UK Primary Curriculum across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
• Enhanced DBS registered on the DBS Update Service (or ready to complete one immediately)
• Full legal right to work in the United Kingdom
• Excellent communication skills, classroom presence, and a proactive, student-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring lessons across the National Curriculum for diverse learners
• Differentiate tasks to meet individual pupil needs with support from TAs and SEN coordinators
• Establish clear expectations and restorative behaviour techniques for a positive classroom
• Assess ongoing learning with formative feedback to track progress
• Build strong partnerships with school leadership, parents and support teams
• Uphold safeguarding standards and follow child protection policies
