Randstad UK is seeking an inspiring Primary Teacher to bring learning to life across London boroughs and beyond. The role offers flexible day-to-day supply, with opportunities for long-term commitments and career progression.

Choose between full-time, part-time, or flexible supply arrangements, with competitive weekly PAYE pay (£140–£233 per day) and a dedicated consultant to support your teaching philosophy. DBS and right-to-work are essential.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or UK equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the UK Primary Curriculum across EYFS, KS1, KS2.
• DBS checked or eligible for update service.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Excellent communication and classroom presence.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging lessons across the National Curriculum for EYFS, KS1 & KS2.
• Differentiate tasks to meet diverse learner needs with support from TAs and SEN coordinators.
• Establish clear expectations and positive behaviour management in the classroom.
• Assess pupil progress with formative feedback and track personal targets.
• Collaborate with school leadership, parents, and support teams to support development.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure a safe learning environment.
