Randstad UK is seeking a passionate primary teacher to inspire and support learners in a dynamic school community. The role requires QTS, a solid grasp of the primary curriculum, and capability to differentiate for diverse learners while fostering a supportive classroom.

Qualificações

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Strong knowledge of the primary National Curriculum.
• Experience differentiating for diverse learners including SEND/EAL.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress; plan interventions.
• Maintain a positive classroom with high behavioural standards.
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Communicate effectively with parents and support staff.
