Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across EYFS to KS2 within London boroughs and surrounding areas. You will adapt teaching to diverse learners and collaborate with support staff to drive pupil progress.

The role offers flexible supply options with potential for longer-term placements, and access to Randstad’s training resources to support ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or UK equivalent; ECTs welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of the UK Primary Curriculum across EYFS to KS2.
• Enhanced Child DBS with Update Service or willingness to obtain.
• Full legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive classroom presence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring lessons across the National Curriculum for diverse learners.
• Differentiate tasks to meet individual pupil needs with support from Teaching Assistants and SEN coordinators.
• Establish clear expectations and restorative behaviour to create a positive classroom environment.
• Assess progress with meaningful formative feedback and help each child reach targets.
• Communicate with school leadership, parents, and support teams to support development.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and follow statutory guidance at all times.
