Zusammenfassung

GSL Education Kent is seeking a dedicated Physical Education Learning Mentor to support students in a well-regarded secondary school in Sandwich. The role starts 2nd November 2026 and is ongoing, full-time, with a daily rate of £120–£250 depending on experience.

You will work with staff to promote participation, resilience and positive behaviour, ensuring safeguarding and pupil wellbeing are central to all activities. DBS checks are required, with CPD opportunities available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting children or young people in a school or educational setting.
• Strong interest in Physical Education, sport and physical activity.
• Ability to motivate and engage students through positive encouragement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to promote positive attitudes.
• Patient, proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students with different needs.
• Encourage teamwork, resilience, confidence and personal responsibility.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
