St Barnabas Multi Academy Trust in Bodmin seeks an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our Early Years team at the Bodmin Hub. This trust-wide appointment will shape high-quality provision, safety, and inspiring learning for young children, with base location discussed at interview.

The successful candidate will have a full EYFS Level 3 qualification, at least five years' experience, and be able to work with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have full EYFS qualification Level 3 or above.
• At least 5 years of experience in early years leadership.
• Minimum Level 2 in maths or plan to achieve within 2 years.
• Experience leading a staff team and engaging with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality early years provision and safeguarding.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment and inspiring learning.
• Lead staff team and coordinate with stakeholders and families.
• Oversee safeguarding and DBS checks where required.
