St Barnabas Multi Academy Trust in Bodmin seeks an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our Early Years team at the Bodmin Hub. This trust-wide appointment will shape high-quality provision, safety, and inspiring learning for young children, with base location discussed at interview.

The successful candidate will have a full EYFS Level 3 qualification, at least five years' experience, and be able to work with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have full EYFS qualification Level 3 or above.
• At least 5 years of experience in early years leadership.
• Minimum Level 2 in maths or plan to achieve within 2 years.
• Experience leading a staff team and engaging with families.

St Barnabas Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint an exceptional, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Nursery Manager to join our growing Early Years team within the Bodmin Hub

This is a Trust-wide appointment, with the specific base setting and location to be discussed at interview.

As part of the Trust, you will lead high-quality early years provision, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where every child can thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or ambitious Early Years leader to make a lasting impact on young children's early education and development. We are looking for someone who

• Loves coming into nursery each day to spend time with our little ones and lead a fantastic staff team
• Leads by example and is willing to get their hands dirty…our children love to play and be creative and we expect you to join in! No job is too big or too small!
• Is organised, professional, remains calm and has clarity of thought
• Will shape the business for the future whilst not compromising on quality of education and care
• Will work with all stakeholders, investing time getting to know our children, families and staff and be willing to go the extra mile for them
• Cares about details - you will have that difficult conversation with sensitivity, your email to families is free of typo’s and you know whose coat is whose and are willing to spend time looking for a missing welly boot!
• Is committed to creating an inclusive society and is dedicated to ensuring all children get the support they need to thrive
• Has a warm, infectious smile that lights up their face - this smile is there to greet our children, families and fellow staff to show them how loved, special and valued they are!
• Has a full and relevant EYFS qualification at Level 3 or above, at least 5 years of experience and has a minimum Level 2 in maths or will achieve this within two years of starting in post.
