Marchant Recruitment is working with a high-performing secondary school in Bromley to appoint a passionate Maths Teacher from September 2026. You will deliver outstanding lessons and support students to achieve their full potential.

They welcome both experienced Maths Teachers and Early Career Teachers. The role involves teaching KS3/KS4, with KS5 teaching possible, in a collaborative department offering excellent CPD and career progression.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching across KS3 and KS4.
• Be confident teaching KS5 (desirable).
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for education.
• Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge students.
• Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4; deliver KS5 lessons where appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support achievement.
• Create a positive, inclusive and purposeful classroom environment.
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and departmental initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
