Outcomes First Group’s Park School in Chipping Norton is seeking a Maths Teacher to deliver engaging, differentiated maths lessons and support learners with diverse needs.

You will plan high-quality teaching, monitor progress, and collaborate with Teaching Assistants, families and external professionals. The role starts in November 2026 and is permanent, term-time only; UK applicants only and sponsorship not offered.

Qualifikationen

• QTS/QTLS or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Maths across secondary age students.
• High expectations and belief that every child can succeed.
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour support skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet a wide range of learning needs.
• Experience working within SEN or specialist setting desirable but not essential.

• Deliver engaging, creative and differentiated Maths lessons.
• Plan and deliver high-quality teaching that enables students to achieve their individual targets.
• Create an inclusive, nurturing and positive learning environment where every student can thrive.
• Monitor, assess and track student progress, adapting teaching to maximise achievement.
• Use a range of assessment strategies and digital recording tools to celebrate progress and inform future learning.
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, families and external professionals.
• Support students' social, emotional and personal development alongside their academic progress.
• Contribute to curriculum development and wider school life.
