Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a qualified Maths Teacher for a long-term opportunity in West Sussex, starting this September. You will deliver engaging maths lessons across the secondary age range and plan stimulating, challenging activities that inspire pupils.

The role requires QTS or equivalent, strong maths knowledge, and effective classroom management. You will assess pupil progress, support academic potential, and contribute to departmental planning; daily rate £180–£270, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of Mathematics and subject content.
• Experience teaching at secondary level and maintaining classroom standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Maths lessons across the secondary age range.
• Plan and implement stimulating, challenging lessons that inspire students.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress to inform teaching strategies.
