Job summary

Academics Ltd in Upminster, Essex, is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher for a full-time role at a GOOD Ofsted secondary school. You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, building confidence and problem-solving skills in students aged 11-16.

You will assess progress, provide timely feedback and contribute to curriculum development, while collaborating with the Mathematics department and wider staff to support school events and enrichment activities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching Mathematics.
• Experience teaching Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Assess, monitor and provide feedback to support attainment.
