Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a primary school setting.
• Teaching Assistant qualification Level 2 or 3 desirable.
• Experience supporting Year 2/3 pupils and running intervention sessions.

Responsibilities

• Support a Year 3 class in the mornings.
• Deliver targeted intervention groups in the afternoons (literacy and numeracy).
• Monitor and record pupil progress.
• Create a positive, nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate closely with the class teacher to engage pupils.
