Job summary

IKEA Belfast is seeking Sales Assistants to join our friendly team. You will help customers find inspiration and solutions for their homes, maintain attractive and well-stocked areas, and ensure the store is welcoming at all times.

You will contribute to a positive shopping experience, share product knowledge, replenish stock, and create inspiring room settings while supporting sales and store presentation. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and flexible contracts.

Qualifications

• You are skilled at front-line customer service and helping shoppers find solutions.
• Experience aiding customers with product information and store layout is beneficial.
• Ability to replenish stock and maintain neat, inviting displays.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide an inspiring shopping experience by engaging customers and identifying needs.
• Be enthusiastic about product range and share product stories with customers.
• Keep areas clean, stocked, priced, presented and easy to shop; assist with lifting heavy items.
