Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Primary/Secondary teaching experience and a suitable first degree and/or NPQH.
• Experience working with SEN students and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational leadership and shape the school's vision.
• Ensure compliance with Independent School Standards and Ofsted expectations.
• Oversee safeguarding as the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
