Qualifications

• Hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree.
• Successful teaching experience at secondary level (including practice).
• Knowledge of National Curriculum requirements at KS3 and KS4; ability to write lesson plans and assess.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad, balanced Geography curriculum and support the department.
• Monitor and support student progress as a teacher and tutor.
• Create a motivating, safe learning environment and raise student attainment.
