Harris Federation is seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to inspire and educate students in a dynamic secondary environment. You’ll plan engaging lessons, assess student progress, and contribute to department development within a supportive framework.

Formación

• Holds QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree.
• Successful teaching experience at secondary level (including teaching practice).
• Understanding of effective teaching and learning.
• Awareness of KS3/KS4 National Curriculum and lesson planning.

Responsabilidades

• Plan lessons, develop resources and syllabuses, and monitor student progress.
• Contribute to department planning and quality assurance.
• Engage in continuing professional development and performance reviews.
• Maintain records and communicate with parents and stakeholders.
• Fulfill pastoral duties as a form tutor and support student wellbeing.
• Deliver high-quality learning experiences and manage time effectively.
