Job summary

Places Leisure in Hinckley is hiring a Fitness Instructor to inspire members in a lively, supportive environment. You will confidently offer health and fitness advice tailored to individual goals, welcome new customers, and lead inductions with safety as a priority.

With CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 (and ideally Level 3) you will develop your qualifications through our ongoing training, grow your client base, and explore pathways to roles such as Personal Trainer or Fitness Manager.

Qualifications

• CIMSPA Level 2 is required or currently working toward.
• CIMSPA Level 3 is preferred but not mandatory.
• Customer-facing fitness role requiring excellent communication and service.

Responsibilities

• Within Places Leisure, conduct inductions and ensure equipment safety.
• Deliver personalised fitness advice and programmes to members.
• Support Personal Training sessions and help grow client base.
