Job summary

Places for People Group, operating Places Leisure, is seeking a Fitness Instructor to inspire members in a lively, supportive environment in Hinckley. You will deliver health and fitness guidance tailored to individual goals and help members achieve their aspirations.

With CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 as a minimum (Level 3 preferred), you’ll have ongoing development opportunities to advance, including potential progression to Fitness Manager as your career grows within our expanding leisure

Qualifications

• Minimum CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 required.
• Ideal to hold CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3.
• Willing to pursue qualification with employer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide health and fitness advice tailored to clients’ goals.
• Lead personal training sessions and small group sessions.
• Maintain equipment safety and clean facilities.
• Support career progression into Fitness Manager role.
