Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People Group, seeks a Fitness Instructor to inspire and guide members in a lively, supportive gym environment. You will engage with customers, assess needs, and deliver customised fitness advice aligned to individual goals.

Successful candidates will hold CIMSPA Level 2 (Affiliate/Reps) and may pursue Level 3, with opportunities for ongoing training, personal development, and progression to management roles within the group.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2.
• CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3 preferred but not required for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial inductions; ensure equipment safety.
• Set and monitor personalised fitness programmes.
• Provide Personal Training sessions and support new PT clients.
