Job summary

Places Leisure is hiring a Fitness Instructor to work in a lively, customer-focused environment in East Grinstead. You will inspire members, provide tailored fitness advice and lead inductions to ensure safe use of equipment. You may run Personal Training sessions and group sessions, while contributing to a clean, compliant facility.

The role supports ongoing development with CIMSPA qualifications and a clear path toward progression within Places Leisure.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2.
• Ideal CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3.
• Previous experience in the fitness industry and enthusiasm for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Inspire others to work together and deliver their best.
• Provide health and fitness advice that matches individual goals.
• Carry out initial inductions and ensure customers use equipment safely.
• Set and monitor programmes for clients of all abilities.
• Work with Personal Training and small-group sessions; offer PT as an additional service.
• Maintain clean, safe facilities and comply with regulations.
