Job summary

Places Leisure is hiring a friendly Fitness Instructor to deliver high-quality fitness support in our Preston facilities. You’ll develop clients through PT sessions, help participants reach goals, and progress toward management roles like Fitness Manager with training opportunities.

You’ll hold CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 (and ideally Level 3) and commit to ongoing learning. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork within a lively community focused on health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise customer needs and build relationships.

• Conduct inductions and ensure safe equipment use.
• Work with clients of all abilities; set and monitor programmes.
• Support PT sessions and attract new clients through face-to-face interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to keep facilities clean, safe and compliant.
