Job summary

Bridgwater College Academy is seeking a passionate EYFS Teacher to deliver high-quality, enquiry-led learning for early years pupils. You will create a safe, inclusive environment and work with families and staff to support every child's development and wellbeing.

Applicants must have QTS and have completed statutory induction; ECT induction support is not available. The school offers competitive pay, a positive working culture and opportunities for professional growth within the Bridgwater

Qualifications

• Qualified teachers who have successfully completed their statutory induction period.
• We are not currently able to support ECT induction for this post.

• Deliver engaging and creative learning opportunities in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports all areas of child development.
• Monitor and assess children's progress to ensure they achieve their best outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and colleagues to support every child's learning journey.
• Promote children's wellbeing, independence and positive behaviour.
• Contribute to the wider life, vision and values of the school and Trust.
