Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a mainstream primary school in Bridgwater to recruit an EYFS Teacher for a full-time, permanent role. You will teach a Reception class, deliver engaging lessons in line with EYFS, and assess progress in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will hold QTS (ECTs welcome), have strong EYFS knowledge and excellent classroom management to foster confidence, independence and a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS curriculum
• Experience teaching or supporting children within an EYFS or Reception setting
• Excellent classroom management and assessment skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and parents
• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching

Responsibilities

Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 per annum (MPS/UPS)

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Bridgwater, who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher. The school is committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment where children can develop their confidence, independence and love of learning.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated EYFS Teacher on a full-time, permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.

The successful EYFS Teacher will be responsible for teaching a Reception class, delivering engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework, assessing children's progress and creating a safe, stimulating classroom environment that supports early learning and development.

The successful EYFS Teacher will have:
