Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a mainstream Primary School in Bridgwater seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a full-time, permanent role starting ASAP. You will teach a Reception class, deliver engaging lessons in line with EYFS, assess progress and maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment that supports early learning and development.

The school is committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment where children can develop their confidence, independence and love of learning.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated EYFS Teacher on a full-time, permanent basis, starting as soon as possible. The successful EYFS Teacher will be responsible for teaching a Reception class, delivering engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework, assessing children's progress and creating a safe, stimulating classroom environment that supports early learning and development.

The successful EYFS Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS curriculum
• Experience teaching or supporting children within an EYFS or Reception setting
