Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record of outstanding ESOL teaching.
• Experience with adult learners.
• Delivery of ESOL qualifications (Ascentis, City & Guilds).
• Curriculum development and blended learning.
• Engagement in widening participation and learner progression.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ESOL courses to 19+ learners.
• Lead two evening classes per week.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance.
• Provide learner support, feedback and progression planning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align ESOL provision with wider curriculum.
