Marchant Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to join a high-performing secondary school in Tunbridge Wells from September 2026. You will deliver engaging lessons across KS3/KS4, with KS5 if appropriate, contributing to outstanding student achievement.

We welcome both experienced teachers and Early Career English Teachers, with strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high-quality teaching and wellbeing. UK work rights essential.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and right to work in the UK.
• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4; KS5 teaching desirable but not essential.
• Strong subject knowledge and commitment to high-quality teaching.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver KS5 lessons where appropriate.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with department to sustain high standards.
